DISAB units are high capacity vacuum excavation units, capable of extracting heavily compacted, dense material from any depth or height without the need to add water to mobilise the material in question.  These units were added to our fleet in response to customer demands and to have the equipment necessary on our fleet to extract powders, sand, ash, cement, heavy sludge, filter media and other materials that conventional jet vac units had difficulty with.

Our DISAB units are now a key part of our service offering, and we have developed the business to the extent that we are Irelands largest DISAB contractors, providing a cost effective solution to many types of projects.  In some cases, our DISAB’s have even been used to literally excavate the ground with suction, in order to uncover buried utilities.   Our DISAB units enables AQS to undertake any project no matter how big or small, irrespective of material being handled.

We now have 4 DISAB units on our fleet and utilise them in a wide variety of applications.
